Coaching Oil Blend

(english)

Why use a blend of essential oils with Coaching? Coaching and Blending are both creative processes that develop discoveries, whose purpose and final result are to bring out the best, the remarkable and the potential that is inside. Be it a person, a plant, a flower, a spice or a fruit. With positive effects, which then become amazing!

With great care and attention, I was searching for an idea on how to accompany and enhance the support and inspiration of Coaching, which would be freely available, at any moment: “A Coaching blend! Perfect!”, I thought.

Some time ago I started taking an interest in essential oils and using them as natural remedies and, to my great surprise, I was able to gradually replace several commonly-used medicines with them. In fact, in the past they were widely used in different ways (topically, internally and using aromatic compounds) and for different purposes, with proven beneficial effects on people’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

I therefore started to learn how to combine them and I discovered that each oil can be mixed only with specific other ones, with varying durations, fragrance intensities, and emotional effects. Then there is the correct dosage and the need to dilute them with a neutral oil in order to be able to apply them on the skin. I also wanted a perfume that, quite simply, had a pleasant smell, for both you and me. With great enthusiasm, I had fun playing around with so many variables.

I did research and specific tests, like a child with a chemistry set! I carefully considered each variable and the end product. Here is the result, which I dedicate to you, made at home and of my own invention with the best CPTG essential oils from DoTerra.

Two flowers, two trees, a spice and a fruit:

Wild Orange – The Oil of Abundance and Creativity
Douglas Fir – The Oil of Renovation
Clary Sage – The Oil of Clarity and Vision
Rosemary – The Oil of Knowledge and Transition
Siberian Fir – The Oil of Empowerment
Neroli – The Oil of Uplifting

The fragrances and their related emotional effects are revealed to the nose, little by little, just as the revelations of Coaching are gradual. Immediately, there is the creativity that reveals the abundance. This is followed by the vision, clarity, knowledge, renewal and empowerment, just like in the Exploration and the Action Plan phases of Coaching. And finally, the encouragement of the Celebration that surfaces and is long-lasting.

I would like to thank the people that have inspired, supported and educated me, and been my guinea pig on this journey towards the discovery and fulfilment of my idea!

Instructions and advice for use: only for topical use on the skin. When using for the first time, test on the arm or back of the hand. Apply to the wrists, soles of the feet, neck or heart.

Neroli – Olio dell’Incoraggiamento
